Introduce:
該浮選機(jī)由電動(dòng)機(jī)經(jīng)三角皮帶傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)，產(chǎn)生離心作用形成負(fù)壓，一方面吸入充足的空氣與礦漿混合，一方面攪拌礦漿與藥物混合，同時(shí)細(xì)化泡沫，使礦物吸附在泡沫上，浮到礦漿面再形成礦化泡沫。調(diào)節(jié)閘板高度，控制液面，使有用泡沫被刮板刮出。
XJK-flotation machine (A-type or XJ), also known as mining machinery-Mixing flotation machine which belongs to air and ore pulp self-feeding flotation machine . At present, it is widely used in non-ferrous metals, ferrous metal mineral sorting .It can also be used for the sorting of other non-metallic minerals.
The flotation machine by the motor drive the impeller through the triangle belt rotating and produce centrifugal effect which can form negative pressure .On the one hand, inhaled sufficient pulp mixed with the air, on the one hand, mixing the pulp with drugs, at the same time, thinning the bubble, making the minerals absorbed of the foam surface , then floating to the surface of pulp and form mineralized froth. Regulate the high degree of flash board; control the liquid level; so that the useful bubble be scraped off by the scraper.
