TD75型固定帶式輸送機(jī)是通用型系列產(chǎn)品，是以棉帆布、尼龍聚酯帆布及鋼繩芯輸送帶作曳引構(gòu)件的連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備。TD75型膠帶輸送機(jī)具有輸送量大、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、造價(jià)低廉、維修方便、部件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高、便于實(shí)現(xiàn)輸送系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化控制等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。它廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山、冶金、發(fā)電、供熱、煤炭等部門，輸送松散密度為500-2500kg/m3的各種散狀及成件物品。膠帶輸送機(jī)可在環(huán)境溫度-20℃至+40℃范圍內(nèi)的使用，輸送物料的溫度在50℃以下。對于有防塵、防爆、防腐蝕要求的場合需要輸送帶可逆運(yùn)行輸送時(shí)，應(yīng)另采取措施。
　　其傳動(dòng)裝置可根據(jù)用戶的要求選用電動(dòng)滾筒或帶驅(qū)動(dòng)架的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置。
　　其安裝傾斜角度一般不得大于20°。

Belt conveyor is used in the ambient temperature  of-20 ℃ to +40 ℃and distribute materials in the temperature below 50 ℃. On dust-proof, explosion-proof, corrosion resistant demands occasions, it should take other measures.
